This recipe is a favorite with our family and friends.
It's either the lemon flavor or the pine nuts that sets this dish apart. Maybe a combination of both!
Food is the one thing that everyone can enjoy and share! It's like love, a universal language.
As great recipes make their way from one table to the next, ingredients are altered, amounts changed, minor changes here and there.
That's a good thing. Recipes should be adjusted to suit everyone's personal taste!
Ingredients:
Cooking Directions:
On low temperature, melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the pine nuts, seasoning and mushrooms. Let simmer. Bring water to a boil for your pasta. Cook according to pasta directions. After pasta is cooked, add shrimp to sauce and cook until they turn pink, do not over cook. Place the pasta on a plate and pour on the sauce! Grate some fresh Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Serve with garlic bread and a Ceasar salad for a complete meal.
This recipe will serve 4 people.
Wine Pairing: A nice light to medium white wine, such as a Pinot Grigio or Pinot Blanc.
